PROSCENIUM
Proscenium, the frame or arch separating the stage from the auditorium, through which the action of a play is viewed.
From the coffered silver leafed ceilings, illuminated with custom stainless steel torchieres, to the marble clad floors, this Class A building lobby is ready for it’s close up. Juliette balconies of gleaming metal jut into the double height lobby and focus on the framed views to the bustling Midtown Arts District. The elevator lobbies announce themselves with angled wood panels and portals of polished black granite and reflective metal. Each wood and stone clad elevator lobby frames a view of custom artwork, commissioned for the project.
